Our store is open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm, and on Sundays from 12pm to 6pm. The base location is Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday  11am to 5pm.

Yes, we offer shipping for online purchases. We use USPS and UPS for shipping, and shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package with free shipping on orders over $100.

Yes, we offer a special order service for specific collectibles. Please contact us to inquire about availability and pricing for the item you are looking for.

Yes, we appraise collections all the time. Bring us your cards and we can appraise it and give you a range of values including a purchase offer depending on the collection. 

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns are not accepted on single cards and on sealed product. 7 day returns on accessories.
  • Returns must be in good condition and must be functional
  • Damaged product and wrong products are eligible for return.
  • For returns please email us with photos and order numbers.
  • Refunds are only eligible with incorrect or damaged  items that have been returned
